Situated in the Thuringian region of Germany, the Märkisches Werk GmbH manufacturing facility at Großbodungen is a 100% subsidiary of Märkisches Werk GmbH, headquartered in Halver. From its humble beginnings with 5 employees in 1991, the subsiduary over the years has become an important part of MWH. Today, with more than 100 employees, it is one of the largest employers in the region. MWH Großbodungen primarily manufactures valves for small, fast-running internal combustion engines as well as seat inserts for a wide range of engines. These components are used in ships, locomotives and power generators. Our integrated engine systems expertise combined with technological leadership and a commitment to continuous innovation, have established MWH as an industry leader.
